Also the community welcomes 2 small pets, not taller than 15" at shoulder. Boat dock fees are only $292 monthly. The community is in a great location, just a few blocks from local shopping & restaurants, within 15 minutes of 3 malls, 2 miles to Siesta Key and the best beach sand in the world, 6.4 miles to the downtown bay front and Marina Jacks, many little theatres, restaurants, the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall, sightseeing boats and attractions, fishing excursions etc. The community couldn't be in a better location.
