This insulation is typically used in custom homes (not spec) and will translate to airtight homes with wall R values between R-21 and R-25. This spray, in company with the extraordinarily high-end Semco double pane insulated clad windows, is not just great for temperature insulation but ideal for cancelling outside noise to the home as well. Ceiling Insulation will have a combined R values of R-51. This translates to a warmer and more energy and cost-efficient home. The attractive standing seam metal roofs with high-quality commercial EPDM system on flat surfaces are just one more standard upgrade typically reserved for custom homes. Internet will be provided by Cedar Networks to all 10 homes along with basic Charter services as an option. Please inquire about the Preferred Financing Program with Bank of Colorado. UNIT 9 is an interior unit on the eastside of the development.
