This beautiful cabin is mostly finished, but still needs some finishing touches. If the snow gets too deep you will need to snowmobile or razor with tracks in from the main road to get there. The garage conveniently has two entrances so you can drive through it instead of having to turn around. There is also a drain in the garage so the water from the snow that melts off of the snowmobiles or razor with tracks can drain. We are running off our own water and power, but hookups through the city are available if you choose. There are tons of trails for hiking, recreational vehicles. There's also fishing in the area, and Brian Head Ski Resort is not to far away. Property is inaccessible right now due to snow accumulation and will be able to be shown once snow melts.
