This cul-de-sac lot is very private with wooded areas along most of the property lines. At almost an acre, the land was once occupied by a mobile home serviced by a well and septic system suitable for 3 bedrooms. The mobile home has been removed from the property but a couple sheds and an add-on to ...the original mobile home still remain. Estimates for destruction of these structures and clean-up of the cleared area have been received and are very reasonable. Functionality of the well and septic are unknown. A home built at this location would be less than 2 miles from the intersection of St. James Church Road and Hwy 16, which is unofficially Denver's "downtown" with shopping and dining. The location also offers an easy commute to Charlotte, Huntersville, or Mooresville and all of the recreation offered by Lake Norman.
