This is a fantastic riverfront view lot, overlooking a big bend in the Kenai River. A great neighborhood with minimal CCRs. Natural gas and power are adjacent to the lot, and the road is borough-maintained. Lots of mature trees make for a wonderful setting. The river access is very steep, and it is not easy to get to the water, but the views are priceless!
