The metal pipe columns made of schedule 80 were reinforced with 1/4" angle iron to form square tubing insert around current round pipe to meet code. The column caps were each reinforced with four 1/4" metal brackets 100% welded to underside of cap, square pieces of 1/2" metal plate were welded together to form a 5" shim to support different I-beam landing heights at one principal column. Original historic KIEGO brick was purchased from local brick salvage company and used to rebrick around the inserted WT beams to match the original window opening size. There is one functioning toilet and two sinks. All information and updates per seller.
