Don't judge this book by it's cover! Mostly refreshed inside, this 1900 home has been given some tasteful updates and new metal roofing with some items left to be improved upon. On over a half acre with a detached one car garage, you will find a good amount of space to work with on this large corner lot. The covered front porch is ready to be used and Billy The Goat might stop by to say hi from time to time. A new radiant wall heater and wood burning fireplace are good sources of heat. Bathroom has been nicely updated and most of the ceilings in the bedrooms are tall. Need more space, a shop and a large carport? We also have the .83 acre lot to the west and you can own your own city block! See MLS#181766 or
