Lower level has all fresh painted rooms. Relax on the balcony, off the hallway upstairs, overlooking the pool. The front porch has indoor/outdoor carpet. Pool is 7 ft deep in the center, 4 ft deep at edges and is fenced in and deck boxes for the pool accessories can stay, along with any pool accessories. Pool has a new filter in 2020, pool pump is only a few years old and it also has a solar heater. Patio furniture can stay along with wood rocking chair and two wooden deck chairs. All the lawn ornaments stay. Property has a working well that can also be accessed from the yard. Currently covered for the safety of the grandchildren. 4" of insulation blown into and added to the attic in 2019. Sided 10 years ago and had new insulation put in then as well.
