This camp is located on the dead-end Moore Road with good, year-round access. Sitting on a one-acre lot, there is plenty of room for parking, a camper, or tents for friends and family to join in on the fun. Single-level living is an option here with one of the three bedrooms on the first floor. Outside the camp, you will find countless opportunities for outdoor adventure at your doorstep. The region that this camp is seated in, The Maine Highlands, is known for its hundreds of thousands of acres of undeveloped frontier land, countless mountain peaks, more than 200 waterfalls, and thousands of miles of trails to explore on foot, bicycle, skis, snowmobile, or ATV. This camp's location is convenient given its proximity to Lincoln (20 minutes) and Bangor (50 minutes) which, between the two, give you access to all modern amenities you could ever need including Bangor International Airport. As a bonus, this camp neighbors the famous Cold Stream Pond in Enfield, ME that is excellent for swimming, boating, and fishing. Cute 3 Bedroom Ranch Style Camp. This camp has Well, Septic and power sitting on a nice 4.69 Acre lot. Located in the small town of Burlington. Very recreational area and easy to get to.
The inside is cute and offers more space than one would think based on the outside dimensions. The owners say that they have a nice, sandy swimming area and with electricity already in the camp- it's just a matter of coming to take a look. Both lofts have 2 single beds in them and the BR has a double. If it were mine, I'd put a hammock on the screened in porch. Heck, from there, you could even go fishing.
