This is a large friendly home with a huge field out back. Sunny and bright, with a huge family style kitchen including a large pantry and a laundry/bath. The living/dining area is large and bright as well and pretty open to the kitchen. A real family style home. It offers privacy for the master suite, which has its own entrance with wheelchair access. There is a big enclosed porch which has storage and a wood stove, and a porch off that which has a wheel chair ramp. Lawn wraps around the house and some lovely old trees and for the gardener in you, tons of gardening space in a level field out behind. There is certainly room for some updating, but it also works fine as it is. 20 minutes to Sugarbush, and 7 minutes to hiking in the National Forest. Walking distance to provisions and goodies at the Granville store too!
Ever dream of owning a property with space for horses? Dream no more!! A tranquil country setting with a 2-stall horse barn and large pasture. Wooded acreage to walk during the summer, or strap on snowshoes and explore in the winter. A country kitchen with space for more than one cook at a time. Wood floors with radiant heat that feels oh so good on the feet. Sunlight streams in through the windows. One bedroom downstairs and two large (emphasis on large!!) bedrooms upstairs. The 3-bay garage has space for your cars, plus all your lawn care equipment and storage space above. Road frontage is approximate. Property is in Vermont Current Use Program...
This is an outrageously cool seasonal CAMP built in 2008, certainly a heavenly place for someone who wants the "Walden Pond" experience without the pond. The camp is large and solidly built, no sounds around except those of mother nature. It has solar panels and a generator, a bathroom and kitchen, but you must bring water or tap a spring. A fabulous spot to get away from it all but there is cell reception if technology withdrawal occurs.
