This 5-acre is in the center of Colorado. It is about 1.5 miles from paved road at Colorado 9 which runs off US24 7.5 miles away from Hartsel. The area is known for great gold medal trout fishing at the local reservoirs - Spinney and Eleven Mile and the "Dream Stream" as well as in miles of stream ...fishing in the South Platte River. Other outdoor sports - hiking, biking, 4-wheeling - are available in Pike National Forest to the east and San Isabel National Forest to the west. Manufactured homes (mobile homes) and not allowed in Park County, but manufactured homes (modular homes) are allowed.
