Abundant horse pens and turn-outs outside of the main barn, including (2) 32x50' pens with sheds; (3) 40x50' pens with 12x20 sheds that can be split. There are also two different equipment/hay sheds. Currently there is a batting cage frame, set in cement, that could be utilized to make another shed if desired. Landscape: The land is mostly flat and readily available for general agriculture uses.
