The topography is generally well-drained with Bayou Nezpique running along the eastern side o...f the property.ÂÂOver five hundred acres were planted around 2011 and have yet to be first-thinned. A pipeline right-of-way runs through the nortwestern area of the land creating a wildlife access corridor.
