Calmont Estates has a gorgeous 45 plus acre fishing pond which is a short walk from this lot. Per the current owner, this 2.49 Acre lot on a cul-de-sac has a well & septic tank. I have not been able to verify the schools that this property is zoned for b/c the Calhoun County School District voice mail has been full each time I called them. The owner of this property told me that the HOA has a goal of March 15, 2024 to have all the owners in Calmont Estates to sign a petition allowing Calhoun County to take over & maintain all the roads in Calmont Estates including Calmont Drive, Kas Court, Winners Court, & Divinci Road.
