Anyone who has hunted Schuyler County Illinois, knows how awesome the deer and turkey hunting can be and this farm is no exception. The layout and location of this farm is absolutely amazing. It consists of mature hardwoods timber, areas of overgrown pasture, several food plot locations, cedar thi...ckets, and an ideal terrain for holding giant whitetails. There are hundreds of adjoining acres around this property that are enrolled in CREP and are completely loaded with deer. This area has a tremendous deer population and itâs not uncommon to see 15 to 20 deer per sit. There is a great group of neighbors that are all practicing QDM, and this property is already enrolled in a Conservation Stewardship Program which helps keep the taxes low. There is electricity along the South end of the property on the other side of Spring Creek Road, and a good location for a future cabin site right along the road.
