To keep our clients and customers up-to-date on the impact of the foreclosure and eviction moratorium, as well as county court closures, availability of e-recording, and states under Shelter-In-Place/Stay-At-Home orders, we have created an impact tracker with information at the state and county levels.
If the anticipated date for either foreclosures or evictions moratoriums to be lifted for an individual state exceeds the date provided by the Federal government (HUD and FHFA), the date provided by the state will be listed in the Anticipated Open Date field. Once a moratorium has been lifted for a state and/or county, the Anticipated Open Date field will be updated to "Now Open".
This tracker will be updated and posted every day, Monday-Friday, by 9 am Central.
