- Title365 Company of Alabama LLC
Title365 Company and Title365 Company of Alabama LLC are collectively referred to herein as “Title365.” Xome Inc. and Xome CT LLC are both wholly owned indirect subsidiaries of Xome Holdings LLC, and Xome Holdings LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mr. Cooper. Mr. Cooper also holds a 9.9% ownership interest in Title 365. Because of these relationships, these referrals may provide Xome Inc. or Xome CT LLC with a financial or other benefit.
Set forth below is the estimated charge or range of charges for the settlement services listed. You are NOT required to use the listed providers as your service providers or as a condition of your transaction. THERE ARE FREQUENTLY OTHER SETTLEMENT SERVICE PROVIDERS AVAILABLE WITH SIMILAR SERVICES.
